Money.com honors Nationwide’s life insurance for highest customer satisfaction

Consumers’ expectations continue to rise and Nationwide is exceeding those expectations with extraordinary care. In fact, Money.com recently recognized Nationwide’s life insurance business for highest in customer satisfaction.

Snyder adds that 2020 presented enough challenges for customers and getting a life insurance policy or processing a claim shouldn’t be another. To help, Nationwide added flexibility in the claims process to get proceeds in the hands of beneficiaries even faster. Nationwide also offered premium relief to thousands of customers impacted by the pandemic, helping them keep their life insurance in force.

Nationwide’s term life insurance business was also recently recognized for “a superior standard of customer care” by DALBAR, a leading independent rating firm for customer experience in the financial community.

Nationwide’s Universal Life consumer website was ranked first among competitors in that area in 2020 by DALBAR. And, Nationwide Life received top honors as the only company to score in the “Excellent” category for DALBAR’s annual review of websites for term life providers.
