Over the last year, I’ve seen firsthand the countless ways that Nationwide employees take steps to deliver extraordinary care for our customers. Whether it’s helping them plan for their future, insure a first-time driver, or walk them through a devastating catastrophe, the people who work at Nationwide work hard to provide a human touch and helping hand. Ahead of National Customer Service Week on Oct. 3, I’d like to share with you just a couple of those examples.
