Nationwide’s universal life website receives DALBAR top recognition

Nationwide’s universal life website earned top honors for best customer experience from DALBAR and was the only company to earn the DALBAR Communications Seal of Excellence designation. 

The website ranked first overall with an overall score of 82.04, which is 13.09 points higher than the industry average score of 68.95. The website was first in functionality and behavior centric categories to beat out 20 other competitors.
