Shannon Cragg

Shannon Cragg is Vice President, Personal Lines Operations Modernization. In this role, Shannon is responsible enablement teams supporting Underwriting, Servicing and Claims leading Quality, Customer, Regulatory Solutions, Learning Delivery as well as National Recovery and SIU. In addition, her teams lead our AI and Global Sourcing Strategies. 

Shannon joined Nationwide in 2017 and held various roles including Vice President, Personal Lines Claims, Technical and Vice President of Casualty. She had other leadership positions throughout areas of personal lines claims including centralized and field teams, technical and vendor management, litigation management, and national catastrophe. Prior to joining Nationwide, Shannon had various claim leadership roles at Travelers and Safeco Insurance. Shannon is also a member of the Board of Directors for Arbitration Forums and an Advisory Board Member for LexusNexus. 

Shannon received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University and has a Masters in Public Administration from Tennessee State University.
