Nationwide’s Term Life website receives top recognition from DALBAR
Nationwide earned top honors for its Term Life website for best consumer experience from DALBAR and earned the DALBAR Communications Seal of Excellence designation.
“We want to make things easy for our customers to gain access to life insurance and we’re excited to be honored as best in class for these efforts,” said Holly Snyder, president of Nationwide’s Life Insurance business. “Earning DALBAR’s “excellent” designation and being ranked number one for three years in a row shows our long-term commitment to delivering an extraordinary customer experience.”
Nationwide ranked first out of 24 competitors in first quarter of this year with an overall score or 82.49 – 13.29 points higher than the industry average score of 69.20.
The website was first in functionality and behavior centric categories and seventh in usability. DALBAR also called out Nationwide’s Claims Center organization, payment options and security experiences as best practices.
The DALBAR Communications Seal is the recognition awarded to financial service communications that display excellence in meeting the needs of customers and provide a best-in-class customer experience. This is the third consecutive year Nationwide has earned the seal. Only one other firm earned the “excellent" designation this year.
