Nationwide Earns Top Honors for Learning Excellence and Internship Experience
Two recent honors exemplify how Nationwide is setting the standard for talent development and early career opportunities. Chief Learning Officer (CLO) named the company the Elite Organization of the Year, and Vault’s 2026 internship rankings recognized Nationwide for excellence in its insurance and financial categories.
CLO’s LearningElite Awards
CLO’s LearningElite Awards, established in 2011, honors exceptional learning and development programs based on five criteria: learning strategy, leadership commitment, learning execution, learning impact and business performance results. Nationwide earned the highest distinction as the 2025 Organization of the Year and will remain in the LearningElite Awards Winner’s Circle for three years.
Nationwide was recognized for its strong workplace culture and innovative Future of Work strategy, which provides continuous learning to help associates thrive in a connected, tech-driven environment. Nationwide earned top rankings in Vault’s 2026 Best Internships rankings in key categories: #1 in Finance, #3 in Insurance and #11 in Data Analytics. Overall, the company climbed 13 spots from last year’s rankings to #85.
