Nationwide Tops J.D. Power Small Commercial Insurance Satisfaction Study for Second Consecutive Year

Nationwide ranked first in policy offerings and claims, second in website experience

Columbus, OH - J.D. Power has recognized Nationwide with the highest ranking for overall customer satisfaction in its 2019 U.S. Small Commercial Insurance Satisfaction Study. This is the second consecutive year the company has received the top honor. Nationwide also ranked first in the policy offerings and claims factors, reflecting the company’s commitment to providing innovative solutions and member-centric services for small businesses across America.

With an index score of 868 on a 1,000-point scale, Nationwide scored 24 points above the industry average. More than 3,200 small commercial insurance customers rated companies on five factors: interaction; policy offerings; price; billing and payment; and claims. Nationwide ranked in the top three in all areas. Further, Nationwide customers ranked the company second among participants for overall website experience.
