Nationwide introduces Business Solutions Center Digital Assistant powered by QuickBooks

More than 6 million business owners run their business on Intuit’s QuickBooks platform today. Nationwide ranked first in customer satisfaction for small commercial insurance customers* and serves over 1 million small business customers in the U.S.

As part of Nationwide’s commitment to help small business owners protect what matters today and to prepare them for what comes tomorrow, it has developed the Business Solutions Center Digital Assistant powered by QuickBooks. This QuickBooks App Store app uses the power of artificial intelligence, coupled with Nationwide’s extensive Business Solutions Center library of curated content and a company’s QuickBooks data to provide custom, personalized advice on a variety of topics related to running a small business every day.

With an interface that is just as easy as chatting with friends on an online messaging app, users can get specific answers to questions on topics like:

  • When should I start providing benefits to my employees?
  • What do I need to watch out for as I grow my business?
  • How can I improve my businesses’ ranking in search engines?

Here’s how it works.

The Digital Assistant, with permission, works with a user’s profile and company profile to personalize the experience. It uses additional information to understand the business needs and answer questions.

Simply converse with the digital assistant. Through continuous interactions and past conversations, the digital assistant will attempt to lead users to the most useful answers to their business questions.

The app is available to all QuickBooks users. To download it, go to https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails?shortName=bscda&locale=en-us
