Mark McGhiey, CSP, CFPS is the Sr. Associate Vice President of Risk Management & Client Services for Nationwide. He leads an organization that provides risk management and consultative services to commercial insureds across the United States ranging from small proprietors to large Middle Market industrial operations. Mark sits on the Commercial Committee for the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS).
Over the past 34 years, Mark has worked in risk management, premium audit, underwriting and product in field to leadership positions. His career has taken him across the country working with Commercial and Personal Lines operations. He has been a member of the Governing Committee of the North Carolina Rate Bureau and was a board member of the North Carolina Joint Underwriting Association & North Carolina Insurance Underwriting Association as well as a board member of the Network of Employers for Traffic Safety.
Mark has a degree in Occupational Safety from Illinois State University. He is a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Fire Protection Specialist.
