Laramie Sandquist serves as the Senior AVP of Risk Management at Nationwide Agribusiness, where he leads a nationwide team of risk management consultants, engineers, account managers, and safety specialists. Together, they work to protect the people and operations that power our food, fuel, and agricultural systems—helping clients prevent avoidable losses and build safer, more resilient businesses.
Laramie joined Nationwide in 2019 as Sales Director for the Commercial Agriculture and Farm Sales team, bringing with him 20 years of industry experience. He led sales and distribution across the South and West regions and was recognized as Ag Sales Director of the Year in 2021 for his outstanding leadership and results.
In 2022, he transitioned into his current role, where he champions a people-first approach to risk management. His leadership style is grounded in collaboration, trust, and empowerment—creating an environment where team members are encouraged to grow, take smart risks, and do their best work.
