Senior Vice President, Property Casualty Marketing
Jennifer MacKenzie is Senior Vice President of Property Casualty Marketing Management. Her team is responsible for partnering with the Property Casualty insurance businesses, including Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Excess and Surplus/Specialty and Agriculture, to develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing strategies that enable business strategies and goals.
Jennifer has served in a variety of Marketing leadership positions at Nationwide, including SVP Enterprise Brand Marketing where she led advertising, media, sponsorships, diverse markets and the Enterprise Customer Advocacy team. Jennifer led Nationwide’s first Customer Engagement Council to help drive a more customer centric business approach. She also served as SVP Financial Services Marketing, Vice President of Nationwide Insurance Advertising, Sponsorships and Affinity Marketing and Brand Manager for Nationwide’s public sector retirement plans business. In addition, she helped form the enterprise corporate marketing function at Nationwide as the Staff Operations Officer to the first Chief Marketing Officer.
Prior to joining Nationwide in 1998, Jennifer held a variety of positions in marketing, market planning and development at The Limited and The Ohio State University.
Jennifer is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio with a degree in business administration. She studied international business in Luxembourg and earned her MBA from The Ohio State University. Jennifer also serves on the Board for the Childhood League Center in Columbus, OH.
