For the Second Consecutive Year, Nationwide Tops J.D. Power’s Small Commercial Insurance Satisfaction Study

Nationwide’s customers ranked it the no. 1 small commercial insurance provider in overall customer satisfaction, according to J.D. Power’s 2019 U.S. Small Commercial Insurance Satisfaction Study. This is the second consecutive year Nationwide has received the top honors.

More than 3,200 small commercial insurance customers rated companies on five factors:

  • Billing and payment
  • Claims
  • Interaction
  • Policy Offerings
  • Price
