Nationwide announces digital commercial insurance buying experience for the NAPA family

Many Americans rely on the services of NAPA AutoCare and Auto Parts stores to protect their cars and keep them running smoothly. Nationwide is partnering with NAPA Insurance Center to make sure those same stores are also able to run smoothly by providing business insurance protection to the 22,000 NAPA owners across the country.

Launched earlier this month, the partnership will ultimately offer a digital-first quoting and binding experience for NAPA owners, providing top-tier coverage in tandem with top notch technology.

“Nationwide’s Business Express℠ platform allows us to create a fully digital end-to-end customer experience for NAPA owners,” said Dan Bruno, associate vice president at Nationwide. “As a customer-focused and technology-driven organization, we’re excited to partner with NAPA to provide an innovative insurance buying experience for the NAPA family.”

NAPA owners will be able to access the new commercial insurance offerings, evaluate their business’s protection needs, and initiate a quote all in a seamless, digital experience

“We are very happy to start this partnership with a great company like Nationwide who has expert knowledge and expertise in helping business owners protect what matters so they can worry about running their business,” said Dan Pierro, president of National Automotive Programs, LLC, D.B.A. NAPA Insurance Center.

The partnership is Nationwide’s latest in a series of efforts to deliver speed, ease and added value for business owners.
