DALBAR again recognizes Nationwide for customer experience excellence
Innovating and putting the customer at the center has earned Nationwide Retirement Solutions a noted industry award for three years running.
DALBAR, an independent financial auditing and ratings organization in business nearly 50 years, has recognized Nationwide Retirement Solutions with its Customer Experience Excellence Award.

Nationwide has won the award for all three years DALBAR has had that category.
The award closely follows Retirement Solutions winning DALBAR’s Participant Plan Service Award for phone service for the eighth year in a row. This latest Customer Experience Award recognizes a superior cross-channel experience including phone, mobile and internet, given consumers’ expectations today of being able to get help whenever and however they want.
