Nationwide’s Community Champions Award Recognizes Insurance Agencies Driving Local Impact
New award celebrates agencies giving back locally while providing funding for nonprofits in their communities
Strong communities are built by people and businesses that show up for their neighbors. That spirit is at the heart of Nationwide’s new Community Champions Award program, recognizing insurance agency partners whose local leadership is making a meaningful difference.
The Community Champions Award highlights Small Commercial agency partners that go above and beyond through volunteer service and civic engagement. Each winning agency will help direct a Nationwide-funded donation to a local Feeding America-affiliated food bank or the American Red Cross.
“For decades, Nationwide has worked alongside agency partners to protect the small businesses helping to drive communities forward. Those local connections continue to be a big part of who we are today,” said Casey Kempton, Nationwide's President of P&C Personal and Small Commercial Lines. “Through the Community Champions Award, we’re proud to recognize agency partners who are giving back and doing vital work at the local level.”
The 2026 Community Champion Award winners are:
- ASAP Insurance Services (SIAA), North Palm Beach, FL — Donation directed to the American Red Cross
- FRM Group Insurance and Financial Services (First Choice) Stroudsburg, PA – Donation directed to Second Harvest Food Bank of Lehigh Valley and NE PA
- HUB Mountain States, Billings, MT — Donation directed to Idaho Foodbank, Montana Foodbank Network and Food Bank of the Rockies

Community Champion Award winners were selected based on their commitment to service to others, local leadership and overall partnership with Nationwide.
“Our agency partners are entrepreneurs, advocates and leaders in the communities they serve,” said Kempton. “We’re excited to celebrate their contributions and support organizations that are making a meaningful difference for the future.”
