Chris has extensive experience in personal auto insurance, with a focus on product design, underwriting and profitability. In his current role, he has profit and loss accountability for Nationwide’s auto portfolio and leads teams responsible for product development and underwriting strategies. His team is committed to delivering market-leading solutions that enhance customer experience, drive profitable growth and position Nationwide at the forefront of the evolving auto insurance landscape.

Before joining Nationwide, Chris held leadership roles at Farmers Insurance in both state management and national product management. He led state expansion efforts, optimized pricing strategies, and launched innovative telematics programs that advanced segmentation, claims automation and customer retention.

Chris’s leadership style is strategic, innovative, and collaborative. He values data-driven insights and customer-centric design to transform personal lines insurance. Chris earned his BA in Economics and MBA from UCLA.
