Cathy Marasco

Cathy Marasco is Vice President of Protected Retirement for Nationwide Financial. She leads an integrated team of product and sales associates dedicated to end-to-end market awareness and adoption of our entire Protected Retirement suite. They are responsible for driving greater protected retirement demand and participant adoption, expanding distribution, and being industry influencers through thought leadership, expertise, and education to drive awareness of the value of these solutions.

In her prior roles, Cathy led the Product Development team for Nationwide’s Retirement Solutions business, which was responsible for the strategy and execution of product solutions for key market segments. While in Annuities at Nationwide, she led the development of various fixed and variable annuity products.

Cathy is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science. She has been with Nationwide for 24 years and has spent most of her career in Nationwide Financial.
