Nationwide Catastrophe Response Units

A Catastrophe Response Unit (CRU) is being deployed to Rock Hill, SC, to setup a temporary drive-in for vehicle damage assessment and will offer appointments every 30 minutes. When filing a claim through Nationwide’s Claims Center (or 1-800-421-3535), customers will have the option to choose a drive-in appointment convenient for them. Customers who have already filed a claim and wish to schedule a drive-in appointment can contact their claim representative to discuss inspection options.

The drive-in will be open from 8 a.m. - 6  p.m. daily for two weeks, with customer appointments beginning April 24, 2024. The location of the drive-in will be:
