For two decades of her career, Amelia has been focused on solving the unique challenges of the financial services and insurance industry. Starting her career in consulting for a boutique firm, Weber Associates, Amelia led sales and marketing transformation programs with her clients across many titans of the industry.
From there, she moved to Prudential Financial where she was a leader with the Customer Experience organization for the Life Insurance and Annuities businesses. During her time at Prudential she was responsible for the development of testing platforms and pioneering digital capabilities to reach, engage and acquire new customers.
Amelia joined Nationwide in 2020, where she leads the Retirement Solutions Marketing organization which is responsible for using data to communicate across all audiences (Intermediaries, Plans and Plan Participants) to help participants both plan for and live-in retirement.
Amelia graduated cum laude from Denison University.
