2025 CEO Award Winners Honored for Exemplary Service and Impact

At Nationwide’s annual company-wide meeting, employees gathered in person and virtually to hear key updates about different business areas and celebrate their peers who were honored as 2025 CEO Award winners.

A CEO Award is considered Nationwide’s most prestigious honor and recognizes individuals who embody the company’s mission and values through leadership, innovation and service. This year’s honorees distinguished themselves through exceptional achievements in categories tied to community impact, modeling Nationwide’s caring culture, customer centricity and innovation.

Whether it’s investing countless hours in community service, developing new systems to streamline operations or being a reliable, go-to source for coworkers to solve problems, onboard and help develop new team members, the 2025 honorees exemplify what it means to go above and beyond.

“The CEO Award winners represent the very best of Nationwide,” said Nationwide CEO Kirt Walker. “Their passion, creativity and dedication are inspiring and we’re proud to celebrate the many ways they’re living out our mission.”

This year, employees across the company were nominated by their peers and the 14 winners were selected by Walker and his executive leadership team.
