Nationwide has named Roberto Robles leader of Nationwide National Partners, effective Aug. 3, 2026.

In this role, Robles will lead Nationwide’s executive-level relationships with key national property and casualty distribution firms, serving as a connection point between partner leadership, Nationwide business units and the broader enterprise.

“Roberto brings a strong blend of carrier and broker experience, along with a valuable outside-in perspective on distribution and complex risk,” said Russ Johnston, president of Commercial Lines, Excess & Surplus, Specialty. “He is known for building strong partnerships and high-performing teams, and we’re confident his leadership will help strengthen our national partner relationships and support our continued growth.”

Robles joins Nationwide from Willis Towers Watson, where he most recently served as managing director of carrier relationship management. Prior to that, he held senior business development and distribution leadership roles at Sompo and Chubb, where he led national partner relationships, managed large specialty books and helped launch growth initiatives across the business.

With more than two decades of industry experience, Robles brings deep expertise in distribution strategy, partner engagement and complex risk. His appointment reflects Nationwide’s continued focus on strengthening strategic partnerships and making more coordinated, data-informed decisions with key distribution partners.

Robles holds an MBA from Clarkson University School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – MILAN, Italy – N2G Worldwide Insurance Services, LLC has tapped Kevin M. Strong as its new Chief Executive Officer, the company announced today. The former Head of Multinational Business of The Hartford replaces retiring N2G CEO Bill Skapof, who led the company since its foundation in 2020.

Mr. Strong assumes the N2G helm with more than 20 years of industry experience across top-tier global insurer and broker organizations and has led multiple high-performing teams around the world. Most recently, he served as Head of Multinational at The Hartford, leading US-produced and incoming global program teams as well as The Hartford's Global Insurer Network and Canada Branch operations. Prior to his role at The Hartford, Kevin served as Worldwide Director of Global Programs and Network Services at XL Catlin, leading teams in the US, Mexico, UK, Austria, India, Hong Kong and China. Kevin has also held leadership positions at Marsh and Aon in New York.

Johnston most recently was chief executive officer of QBE North America. Prior to QBE, he served in a variety of roles at AIG including leading their casualty, property & casualty, environmental, and risk management organizations. With more than 30 years of experience leading insurance organizations, he began his insurance career at Chubb in commercial underwriting.
