AVP of Social Media at Nationwide
Kristi Daraban, AVP of Social Media at Nationwide, is a 20-year veteran of digital marketing.
Currently she oversees organic social media strategy for the enterprise, social selling, influencer marketing, associate social media advocacy, social listening and community management. She’s had experience in a variety of industries from entertainment, retail, finance, and CPG with experience in B2B and B2C marketing. Prior to Nationwide she’s worked at Disney, Abercrombie & Fitch, Nestle and NBC Universal. She has expertise in social media strategy, influencer marketing, employee advocacy, governance, brand building, and reputation management, integrated marketing, and campaign management.
She is the leader of Moms of Nationwide, part of the Families Associate Resource Group, a board member of the Association for National Advertisers influencer committee and board member for socialmedia.org. Kristi regularly speaks at industry conferences and volunteers to teach non-profits, college classes and small businesses.
She has her masters in communication management from USC and a bachelors degree in communication from Santa Clara University.
