Kelly has been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years in roles spanning Personal Lines Loss Reserving, Pricing, and Product Development. As a leader of telematics innovation, Kelly currently oversees Nationwide’s industry leading Personal Lines UBI programs SmartRide and SmartMiles. A few highlights of this work include introducing new telematics scoring capabilities, a mobile app program for SmartRide, a connected car solution, and Nationwide’s pay-per-mile auto program, SmartMiles. Kelly has a passion for creating new product offerings that serve and exceed our customer expectations. With a focus on telematics, Kelly can bring this passion forward ensuring our current programs provide our customers personalized rates, while also creating UBI programs of the future. Kelly is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a proud graduate of The Ohio State University.
