Construction owners expect strong 2021 season following COVID-19’s impacts

Nationwide’s latest Agent Authority research revealed 7-in-10 construction business owners were negatively affected by COVID-19. Although challenges remain in 2021, most owners are optimistic about the 2021 peak season and their company’s preparation. Agents play an important role in counseling construction clients as the industry rebounds, as many business owners reported leaning on their agents to help guide them through the uncertainty.
